I also wanted to add to Andie: I think you've accused people before of reposting their questions. This is not a helpful tack! Unless somebody obviously does it over and over I would hold your tongue. Or maybe send your "evidence" to the sysadmins here?

I'm glad if it can help you or give you a little nudge in going to see a Gyno. (yes, I know those visits are not all fun and puppies but your "under the hood checkups are important!)
As for your second part of the question ( the will sex get better in the future?) If you have a checkup and nothing is amiss (let's say you bled for 4 days due to sex kick-starting your period (which can happen) then the next time you have sex, I would suggest that:
1. you are on birth control AND have him use a condom.
2. you are VERY aroused (as in wet) before he enters. So lots of foreplay.
3. that he doesn't insert fingers in the vagina. For the simple fact that nails can scratch the inside and transfer bacteria, which can then lead to infections.
(if he wants to use his fingers there is always the clitoris to keep happy...)
4. you two go slow - no "jack hammer" "slam-bam, thank you ma'am" sex. If he IS a bit rough or larger than average he might be bumping the cervix which again can hurt. So you two need to be mindful of that and maybe the positions you use. I'd say you on top because that leave YOU in charge of speed and how far in he goes.

Please do. Let us know when you've seen a gynaecologist.

We had a poster recently who wrote their question exactly like this, with the exact same problem and timeline. It's unlikely that you are not that poster. If you are, you are welcome to ask us things, but our advice will not change.
So, whether you are or are not that same poster, you need to see a gynaecologist. 4 days bleeding as well as cramping is not normal for losing your virginity.
You could also be pregnant, so you do definitely need to see a gynaecologist and speak to them about sex being painful.
Not only that, but you need to get sorted with condoms and birth control before trying to have sex again.

You go see your Gyno.
4 days of bleeding is not the "norm" after sex, not even the first time. A little bleeding CAN occur - the thing is vaginal bleeding (that isn't a period) can be a sign of other things. Which is why I say GO get a checkup.
A common source of bleeding after sex is from inside the uterus, which gets jostled around when you have sex or orgasm, and might shed some lining in the process. This is even more common if you're about to start your period in the next week or so. S if it was AROUND your normal time of the month it's probably not a big deal.
There are several STIs that can cause vaginal bleeding during sex (like HPV, chlamydia, gonorrhea, and trichomoniasis), also yeast infections and cervical and uterine polyps can cause bleeding as well. A visit to the gynecologist will rule all those things out, and polyps can be easily removed as well.
So go get a checkup and consider your birth control options while you are at it.
