 How do you give oral? Lick up and down, use your tongue for little flicks of the tongue and also nice slow, passionate licks - sort of like really going after a popsicle when it's starting to melt. Use your mouth to kiss his "love stick" as well.
I definitely ALWAYS accompany my mouth with my hand. My hand keeps things nice and steady. It's my funk and my groove, you know? My hand keeps the beat steady and flowin' and my mouth gets creative and funky. I get a nice little groove going, you know?
When you use both your hand and mouth, it leaves you room for some creativity, you can switch things up, keep things spontaneous. Will I use just my mouth now? Or maybe just my hand? Or will I use both at the same time?
Keeps 'em guessing, girlfriend. Most importantly - don't use your teeth (ouch)! Biting is not necessary for a beginner. And, as always - have FUN. Smile and enjoy with each other.

 Yes, you can do that, especially if you cannot take him very deep or all the way inside. One or both hands tend to simulate deeper penetration to the man.
