writes: Hi all,I was hoping to get a females view on this one...Me and my girlfriend of 4 years get along great. However, she seems to wear the pants in the relationship. I'm not a wuss, and I am strong and supportive, but I think when i show my emotional side she gets uncomfortable. What should I do? Do I keepit in check so to speak, and be strong? I've heard that women want someone to look up too, and I can be that, and she does (i'm older) and I want it to work..so, any tips on how to keep her interested, and guessing, not thinking she has me for granted would be appreciated!! I don't want to play games with her, rather , I just want some inside info from women on how to get her curious and excited to want to see meetc.. thanks!!! Reply to this Question

 Personally I like to see two sides to a man... the strong supportive protective side and the loving caring emotional side, there is a time for each one and I like abit of both from a man :o)

sometimes the way we are brought up is the way we treat and expect others to behave, thats why it is easy 4 women to take over relationships and be in control unaware. maybe start by checking her background and then you will find out where that personality is coming from, it might be that all her life she has to defend herself and stand on her own feet otherwise no one was there to catch her when she fell, or she might be a bully which means she is going to be difficult to tame, either way learn to communicate with her telling her how u feel might soften her a bit and she can learn to be more dependent on you as well. women wants to feel protected and loved continue doing that and she will let you be. good luck
