I'd love to be able to swallow, because I think it would be sexy and it completes the act, but if it tastes repulsive I simply can't.
Diet is what really determines how you taste, I think. My ex ate almost no fruit and lots of junk. The taste doesn't vary from day to day, it varies depending on what you eat regularly.
Jaw aches do occur, but if they get really bad your girl can just take a break and stroke you with her hands or breasts for a little--that's what I do.

 Personally, I do swallow, and I also get jaw ache after a while, I dont mind the swallowing, I think its part and parcel of giving a blowy, the jaw ache thing does get a bit tedious after a while though, none the less, I still enjoy doing it for the fact I know the person Who's recieving it is enjoying it!

 I think it's a matter of preference. Some like swallowing, some don't. Some like the taste, others don't.
My previous partner would do both. Sometimes she swallow, other times she wouldn't. But I always came in her mouth because she knew I really liked to have my orgasm while she still sucked as opposed to stopping as I am coming.
But it was a mutual respect thing too. I never just ejaculated in her mouth without giving her fair warning. So everytime I did, it was because she chose to let me. It wasn't an obligation but she knew I would like it better if I ejaculated in her mouth.
And I loved going down on her. But she would sometimes "freshen" up before I went down on her. And if she didn't freshen up beforehand and I still went down on her, it's because I wanted to and wanted to give her pleasure.
So it's a preference thing. If you don't taste good then you don't taste good. She doesn't like swallowing something that doesn't taste good. Imagine if SHE didn't taste good down there? She always wants to have a shower too, so she is fresh and clean down below.

Tell her that it's ok to alternate between blowjobs and handjobs when ever her jaw gets sore, she can take a break, which will hopefully make it more enjoyable for her.
Also yes.... Pineapple DOES help to improve the taste.
