I mean famous people are just doing what they love right?? They just go from good to bad. What are the reasons for this?? Reply to this Question Share |

Just look at what happened when Vanessa Hudgens was caught GASP! posing nude for some pics and sending them HER BOYFRIEND! It kicked up so many questions of her character.A lot of women do this for their man to tease them, and no one bats an Eye-lid. But when the girl happens to be attractive and the star of a Disney movie (and a crap one at that) it's base treachery.So given this and add to that the stress of a particularly draining role (many actors Like Christian Bale, Robert De Niro and Charlize Theron, have gone above and beyond the call of duty in a number of films that must have been amazingly taxing on thir health and emotional well-being) is it any small wonder that they party hard sometimes to let off the steam? Or end up dependant on drugs (legal and illegal) to which they have such easy access? This is not to say that there aren't some who are merely phoning it in for the money. But I think you'll find these people aren't really liked well amongst those who love what they do, in spite of the above mentioned stresses that they undergo on a daily basis.There are more stressful positions in this world than an actor. But don't assume its easy. And you'll find not all great actors do it for the money. The best actors love the art and would do the same job for half the price if their agents let them.After all, the only people who think fame is all about money and glamour... are the ones who've never experienced it. The reality is cold and often tragic. But every so often that suffering pays off and a project one pours their heart and sould into strikes oil-laced gold and it is immortalised. This is the payoff.In short. Yes, fame changes everyone. And not always for the better. It is a choice one makes before embarking on that road and a decision each and every one of them probably doubts of a daily basis whenever they have to stand-by and get trampled on by Paparazzi and over-zealous fans and not be able reveal even slightest inch of the lonely and bewildered person lying underneath it all... neglected and parasitic. Not be able say what they trully wish, not be able punch the obnoxious dickhead trying to hug them as if they know them.So, spare a thought and some sympathies occasionally and try to understand why it happens and just be thankful that sometimes it all yields some of the most amazing music, film and theatre that will ever be created.Flynn 24

(not to say all celebrities are evil, by the way. Some use all of their privileges for good... but some just keep thinking about themselves.)

My guesses:
* Too much attention
* Too much accessibility to pretty much everything
* Too much money
* Too many privileges
* Not any consequences
* Having the world on a platter
I think celebrities turn bad because they just have too much. Too much IS a bad thing, because when you have too many privileges, you don't appreciate the simplicity of life. I think it ruins the soul, I really do. If someone made me famous tomorrow, I'd probably turn into a bad egg too. It's not their fault, not entirely - I just think that celebrities are treated like party-people-royalty. That's no good.

Pretty much everyone changes once they achieve fame. Lets face it, humans aren't exactly nice creatures (every nice action they do is explained by the selfish gene theory). Before they become famous, they cant get away doing certain things but afterwards, sure they can and so they do it. I dont really believe power corrupts, I believe power (fame) allows people to embrace their corruptness. Its a sad fact but so damn true

They change, yes, but not necessarily for the worse. Take the old Jennifer Lopez song, ''Jenny from the block'', in which she sings about how she's still the same person deep inside. We've got to remember to look past all the press give us - many celebrities give to charity and support good causes, its just a few that go off the rails like Amy Winehouse or Britney. The media is bound to influence them in many ways really. It's unavoidable. They're just got to make sure they change for the better, and not for the worse.
