 Arrgghhh, nooo, nooo, nooo, ... some oral action after vaginal, yeah cool imo, but never after anal. You can get very ill from the e coli and other bacteria that reside in the back passage. You should never even go from anal to vaginal either as it can cause uterine infections.
On that note, he should be using a condom anyway coz besides the obvious std issues, bacteria can also enter his urethra causing painful infections for HIM (tell him this), ..but in any case as far as I am concerned once anal comes in to it, that is the finale and the rest of the show is over

 After either vaginal or anal penetration, it only takes a couple minutes for a guy to step into the restroom and rinse off well before oral completion. That's what I've always done for my ladies.
