All (3) guys which want me to go out were uninteresting for me (for some time I tried to "fall in love" with them but it didn't happen). There is a problem when I like someone I do the opposite: I'm to shy for an eye-contact or speaking with him. I don't try to be everywhere where he is because it seems to me that I would bother him. I cannot overcome it.Do men really need the 3 seconds eye-contact with a girl to encourage themselves to talk with her? Can anyone give me some advice, please?

The eye is the window to the world. When I speak to a person, I will look into their eyes to see if they are paying attention to what I am saying or if they are uninterested.
If some one is speaking , I will also look into their eyes to see if they are telling the truth or lies. The eyes cannot tell lies.
Eye contact is essential to read the body signals .Those men look at your eyes to see if you welcome them or not. The eyes can talk. LOL!

Good luck
