I think about both of them everyday. I still see my friend, but she's married now and I would never want her to know I still think about her sexually or do anything to cause problems with her marriage. The fantasy is great.

I think it depends on two major factors: the quality of the ex-relationship, as well as the quality of their intimate, sexual relationship. I think if the sex was phenomenal for the man, he would likely still think about it currently. It may not be an active fantasy, however.
If the man is happy with his current significant other, hwoever, I doubt he would fantasize about an ex-partner, or any other woman for that matter.
