 We both get eachother a valentines card. I do my best to find a small gift. We have a meal out, but not on valentines itself. This is because we find that the "valentines special menu" is over-priced for reduced quality.
So I believe it's important to show you care soemhow.

 Of course its not tacky, i'm sure everyone enjoys receiving a valetines day card or present. Guys just don't show it like we do, they normal show it by what they buy us and we show it along with screaming or saying how much we love them

I think anyone would like to get a card telling them someone likes them.
Depends on the bloke though.
Send it anonymously and then nothing bad can happen.
