As for the whole being sexuality thing, I'm not touching it. All I'll say is all will become clear with time. It did for me. Turns out I am gay. Best of luck.

maybe your bisexual-try a bit of every pie and see what flavour floats your boat. could be that you just have a pent up need to get those urges out.either way dont right off women. as my friend put it, to exorcise your demons why not suck it and see(pun from an old advert for vitamins), you'll know pretty quickly if its just a wank fantasy

Firstly, Circumcision isn't necessary.
Go see your GP and tell him your problem.
He will prescribe you a steriod-based cream.
Basically, you put on the cream and stretch the skin maybe twice a day, and it should grow enough so you can pull it back.
And, don't worry about your sexuality.
Many guys your age are confused about those things.
Don't automatically jump to the conclusion that you are gay.
Though there is nothing wrong with it; its best not to label yourself until you are more psychologically aware of who you are.
Good luck.

It maybe something as simple as needing to be stretched a little at a time. Pull it back a little and then stop when it hurts. Over time it should be able to do it on it's own without pain.
As for the quick change are you only attracted to men now? If you are still interested in women it could be that you're bi-sexual. I've never heard of such a quick change from liking one group to liking the opposite group.
Hope this was helpful, take care.
