writes:hey everryone I'm not very sure if I'm just sick or this has somethign to do with my time of the month but here it goesI feel really quesy and dizzzy when I'm sitting still, or stand up,I feel like I'm going to throw up, I have a huge headache and I'm on my period. I've felt like this before around the time that I was on my period but idk if that has anything to do with it...is this just side effects from being on my period or am i just sick ?and if it is my period is there anything I can take to make these feelings go away?thanks

its your period that is making you feel that way, when i'm on mine i go to teh bathroom a lot and have achy nausha that will not go away, for hours! But if you take pamprin about 3 or 4 times. it really helps!

reader, anonymous, writes (24 November 2008): Well normally it just happens the first day of your cycle. Theres a very big possiblity its just the side affects. Take some Alieve, drink some coffee, hot showers, long hot baths, either one will help out=). I know how you feel sweetie.
