Question - (9 October 2011) 1 Answers - (Newest, 10 October 2011)
A female United Kingdom age 41-50, anonymous writes:

i had this kind of relationship with a man for 10 months, seeing him once in 2 weeks... I was totally faithful and loyal to him. (he has several children from other women from before) He was not good to me and I fell in lve with his best friend, after these 10 months. I didnt want to have anything with the best friend, because its not right, he is his best friend! But after 3 months this friend told me my bf has another girlfriend and we spent drunken night together, had sex. After i felt the most terrible in my life. I somehow told to my bf the truth. He hated me. Next week he met me and told me HIS truth, that he really has another girlfriend and she is pregnant with him almost half a year. And so all the 10 months he was so well lying to me, that he has no sexual contact with anybody except me, nor with his ex wives, with nobody at all. Now he said total opposite when I asked him, yes, he keeps sexual contact with everybody, all wives, new girlfriend, me and still now wants to keep me as a lover also. Do I have right to start something with his best friend who seems like a good guy and likes me? thank you, please

Well he wasn't your boyfriend and you weren't his girlfriend. He sounds like a jerk, so who cares if you date his best friend? The only person that should worry then is his best friend and whether or not you're worth possibly ending their friendship.
