When my penis is flacid, you only just see the tip of the glans. I was a little bit worried how it would feel at first, but I managed to pull it all the way back in the bath perfectly well without any discomfort at all. I haven't attempted it with an erection, I can get it about half way but I don't want to go any farther. I was worried I might have paraphimosis or something. The foreskin ist't tight, but should the foreskin go all the way back by itself when you get an erection? Is this phimosis, i've looked on the internet but im not so sure. thanks.

hi, well i can tell you now it is quite normal in young menwith foreskins to have problems pulling it back far enough. I had the exact same problem when i was younger, sometimes I think its the dads fault for not advising their sons that they should be pulling back the foreskin from an early age, firstly for hygien reasons you need to be able to clean it properly and that entails pulling it fully back.
My early sexual encounters caused me discomfort and once or twice i tore the bit of skin that holds it in place which bloody hurt.
My advice is to in the comfort of your own bedroom masturbate and introduce some cream to lubricate the penis and slowly pullit further back each time till over a period of time it will loosen and you will forget you ever had a problem. hope this helps
