reader, anonymous, writes (16 February 2009): I have a medical background and it sounds like you have herpes. I would go to the doctor to get it diagnosed. Many people live with herpes, it is not too big of a deal, but it is wise for you to know what you have so you are not passing it to other people. Good luck.
