Is this a vaginal infection? I looked up vaginal warts, and it definately isn't that. Should I be worried? Or are they just heat spots? They're small, red bumps.Thank you.

I think if you have any concerns that it "might" be an STI to get checked out. It doesn't hurt.
Also doesn't hurt to be careful who you sleep with. :)

It sounds like shaving rash, but you cant rule out pubic lice (Crabs), although you can normally see the crab itself, or it could be impetigo.
Best option is to go and get checked out, if you are worried about STIs go and get a full Sexual health MOT at your local GU/family planning clinic.
Don't wait and see get checked out!

They come and go in that area... I get them every now and then but similar ones on the rest of my skin too. Almost like insect bites... though I don't think i've been bitten down there...!
Thank you for your response.

Do you shave or bikini wax? if so that could be the reason. Ingrown hair. Could be irritation towards detergent. If they seem like pimples ( yeah I know gross but that is the best description) then it could be. Hormones do affect the skin below too.
Watch it and if it does not go away see your doctor.
