Do I have a committment problem with guys who like me?

Well everytime a dude likes me i just think of him as a friend (or even a best friend), then he gets over me, and that's when i start to like him and not beeing able to get him out of my head .. it happened to me 4 times, i dnt wanna go to the next one ! please help ! :(
