writes:i've recently started a new job and there is this really nice guy ill call him james. me and james have been getting on great and we've been flirting and when we work together he always gives me a lift home from work, but the other day when james dropped me home we had a good night kiss and i've seen him at work since but we havent been on the same shifts and we've been flirting and having a laugh and i really like him, but i have no idea what to do whether to forget that the kiss ever happened or to confront him with the fact i like him and see if he likes me back??please help me i am so confused.x

I think you should go out on a date or something with him. Might work out in a way thats good for the both of you =P
