Getting involved with a manager is a good way to get fired! He has the control and power over you. WIth the girl, try to be friends for a while before making it sexual. If you are friends first, things have a way of working out better.
But bi sexual people usually make things complicated for the other person and unless they are bi, they will expect you to choose. If sex is involved, they will still want to be exclusive too.
Best to find sex mates outside of work.

Just want to say that it's never a good idea getting involved with your boss! Particularly if he's still in the closet! If it doesn't work it can cause problems at work for both of you. And if you like him more that the female, maybe you should stay away from her as well cos chances are she's gonna get hurt.
