Ask him what he wants from you two seeing each other again. You only live once and you don't want to look back and kick yourself for not finding out if there is something going on.

 Sometimes you need to take a chance in life so you don't spend the rest of it thinking what if, there is obviously still a big attraction there if you are going out again for the second time, so i would personally go for it.
