Well, judging from the answers already posted and my own experiences, the answer is: it depends.
Some guys do not fantasize or imagine her naked at all, others do a lot. I'd say the majority of guys would, occasionally, but not dwell on it.

reader, anonymous, writes (4 March 2009): If I find someone physically attractive, I look at her at the surface literally with her clothes on. I don't try to imagine how she looks naked. I may make a mental note on her shape, how she dresses and how everything flows around her, but that's about it.
The only time I ever fantasize about a girl naked is if I am 'in love' with that person.
