Here is the thing...Your wife just gave you a bit of info to spice up your relationship. Most men never find out their partners secrets, because the women are too shy, or afraid of being judged or criticized.
You just got the golden egg...and what do you do with it?? React the same way why women don't tell men their secrets.

In the case of those who do enjoy it, it'd be more likely to be their partner watching them, that'd turn them on, not being watched by some random stranger.
If a woman did get turned on by another man while bathing, it'd be moreso as a fantasy, not reality, big difference.
No two women, no two men like exactly the same things.
We all have different tastes and it's illogical to assume that most, if not all women, would like being watched whilst bathing.
