I'm 16 and I'm 5 foot 4, size 10/12 clothes but I'm 12 stone, I have manly muscles in my arms and a four pack which really creeps me out, I used to spend a lot of time in the gym because i felt overweight but i dropped down from a 12/14 to a 10/12 so i felt happier but I have a body like a man and its so bad! My boyfriend always touches me and stuff, we've been together for 11 months and he's still not even seen me naked because im so embarrassed! How can I get rid of this 'four pack' and my enormous rock hard arms, please help! I can't think of anything to try, I've stopped doing any exercise and stuff but i dunno what to do now!!

They will go away if you stop exercising.
You shouldn't be embarressed of your body, your boyfriend will not be bothered if you are toned to the point where you can see a bit of muscle. He's going to be bothered about the fact that he can see your boobs.
Next time you hit the gym do gentle exercise and just keep eating normally.
