She is also not someone I deal with, she works in another area.Anyhow we chat sometimes and she seems very friendly to me. The other day I came just as she was leaving. I asked her "u waiting for me?". To which she responded "yes, come let's go". Of course I couldn't as I was there on business right at that time.Do you think a girl would say this to someone if they didn't mean it seriously, or maybe just as a joke. Or is she signalling? To prove it, as he walked in, asked her the same question "u waiting for me". To which she reponded "no, only waiting for him" and she pointed to me! He got quite upset. I think I have my answer, now for the "happy ending.."

You flirted - she flirted back. It's sort of an authomatic response from any even remotely quick witted girl in response to your line ! what did you expect she would say : " Uh.... oh... ah... gee ? ".
This does not exclude, of course, that she may actually like you . But I would not deduct too much just based on this one repartee.

I think it was a joke, banter if you will.
Is it a signal? I don't know. I think it was a fitting answer for your "are you waiting on me?".
