We've known each other 8 years and were close..I came onto him a few weeks ago and we ended up having sex and now all these feelings have suddenly come from nowhere. We used to text all the time we had so much fun together as friends but that's all stopped..I've text him asking if we can meet but he says he's busy and hasn't got time..I just want to be close to him again. My friends said I was stupid for making a move because now I've ruined our friendship but I want more than that...what do I do?

Sex is not something so bad that you have to apologize for. After all he consented to it too and you were both tempted by passion and curiosity. 8 years is a long time to be crushing on someone. If you didn't have sex then you still wouldn't have more than friendship. At least now you have closure that this unsatisfying friendship couldn't go on, you can start a new journey and look for someone available and will love you back. I think that's what you do.
