Next day I texted her telling her how nice it was to meet her and how I wanted to see her again etc. She said the same, but due to Christmas/family and so on, we didn't specify any time/place we would meet. I left it another day, then text her on Christmas day, just general chat to let her know I was still thinking of her, which I was. Then on boxing day I text her to ask if we could meet and she seemed kinda disinterested, but said she would be out in the town where I live (she lives quite far away) on Saturday. it sounded as if she would be with friends, whereas I just wanted a proper date, just the two of us. I told her I might be able to make Saturday. point is, she sounded a little off with me. did I leave it too long? is she still interested?

Don't rush it,if she has a feeling for you then i'm sure you both will "gravitate" together.Meet together with her friends again and good luck.

Just relax and meet up Saturday. Even if it's NOT the DATE you want, see how it feels with her.

I believe that you are over-thinking a "non-issue".....
Let Saturday happen.... and stay in touch with this girl.... and see what is in the future....
It's tempting to try to make sure that a budding "relationship" takes the course that we'd like it to take.... BUT, we have to remember that that person who caught our eye ALSO has a life (or their own)......
Be patient....
Good luck...
