Question - (21 November 2009) 1 Answers - (Newest, 21 November 2009)
A female United States age 51-59, anonymous writes:

Mmy husband is depressed and snaps all the time; I don't react most of the time because I know he can't help it but sometimes I can't take it. When he is nice to me and shows me love I take whatever he gives me and don't blame him for what he does; but I am afraid I'll get sick from the ups and downs in my life; I get tired and my patience gets less and less every day; don't know what to do?

You dont have to suffer all your life because of his depression. If you think you suppot him enough and he dont even help him self, better go off. you deserve to be happy too. dont feel guilty because he is depress, you are not the reason of that. if he wanna be depress all his life then let him but fo on and move on to you life.
