Depressed before period...Is there help for this?

Hey..this is a silly question really...

Basicly about a week before my period is due until it comes on I feel REALLy depressed...Suicidal even sometimes..It gets so bad that I cant even go and and cant stop crying...I know its only hormones..But it really effects me..Does anybody else get this? is there anything i can do/take that would help this? Thank alot xxxxxx

I would go to the doctors for it they can give you something to sort you out probably the pill.
