lotions and baby oils well help return sensitivity, by softing skin at the top of the penis. Grape seed oils is the best for this. It's cheap about $5 a gallon and and sfe if any get into his litle pe hole at the top.

I've experienced similar delayed ejaculation and seemingly reduced sensitivity when on an SSRI (Zoloft) for depression. When I switched to Wellbutrin, the problem went away completely. MOD NOTE: Please speak to your doctor about any change in medication.

Some men masturbate to roughly. Observe the way he does it himself versus your own technique. They don't call it "beating your meat" or "spanking the monkey" for nothing.
If he abstains from masturbation for a while, chances are the sensitivity will return. If he really can't feel anything at all (no sensation of touch) then their might be something more severe going on. Consult a doctor if it is more then him just having been to rough on his own.
