reader, anonymous, writes (14 April 2009): If he is on precription drugs you may want to research the side effects. I'm on effexor which is an anti deppressant. It has totally ruin my sex life. I have no desire at all. When I do have sex it just for my wifes pleasure. I can go for hours and can't ejactulate. It's horrible. Check his meds.

I hate to say this but if your hubby is in the same age category as you (41-50) it is likely to be age and medical related rather than a younger man where it would normally be psychological.
However, most medical issues have treatments, so book him an appointment with the doctor and go along with him, you know what we men are like for saying "yes dear" at the mention of going to the doctors.
