so in all honesty do what my boyfriend done to me,
just walk straight up to me looking me in the eye and just kiss me, it blew me away im sure it willl her too
and it will seem spontanios and proper romantic
and not awquward moments of will we wont we.

If you have been with her for a year, then I would assume she wants you to kiss her. If I were you I would just kiss her. Don't ask "Can I kiss you?" because that is just lame... Wait for a good time (Like when she is looking you in the eyes and you two are alone) and then just give her a kiss. Take some control of the situation.

reader, anonymous, writes (8 July 2008): Yeah I agree with Tremor. You need to build up to it.If all else fails, while your hugging just mention it. Not like "I want to kiss you," straight out - whisper in her ear or something "Do you want to kiss,"Your ideas are better than mine trust me.

 Try building up to it. Next time you hug her goodbye or something, give her a peck on the cheek. See how she reacts to it - she might even reutrn it.
Alternatively, you could just ask her. Get her alone and get all cozy together, then just ask her if it'd be ok. She's a 13 year old girl - odds are she'll be willing to give it a go. But you never know unless you try.
