reader, anonymous, writes (4 June 2010): This is verified as being by the original poster of the questionyeh im 15 but i think im alot more mature than your average teenager to be honest, but i guess there is that girls mature two years earlier b4 boys and all. but i'd like it to last longer than just a few weeks, i know they never last long or work out because we are only 15...but my bestfriend started flirting with my last boyfriend as well and admitted she fancied him but after i dumped him she said i was only jking bout fancying him it was just so you would dump him haha not funny!

reader, anonymous, writes (4 June 2010): Are you between 13 and 15 yeah? To be honest, at that age.. relationships usually don't last long because of immaturity and experiences and friends can be deceiving and unintentionally hurt..
if she was your 'best friend' she wouldn't be asking for your boyfriend's number so confront her about it and say 'he's my boyfriend.. is there a reason that you want it?' and be polite!
everyone gets jealous but it doesn't sound like your boyfriend has done anything back.. a week isn't a long time so see how this goes on and make sure that he treats you right and you want to be with him before committing
