Cuddling and tickling do all guys do this?

I have cuddled with lots of guys and they all seem to tickle/rub my arm whilst doing so. Do guys like this or is it just something to do?

Then I figured out that it's him who loves it!! It puts him into this happy, cuddly place. He also loves it when I rub his chest. So, maybe next time, return the favor!
