I know that S will hate me for loveing her, but i have reason to suspect that A reterns my felings and i was casualy flirting with him the other day and he wasnt at all phased and seamed to enjoy it and started flirting with me. However, we live quite some distance apart, and he IS my cousin, so i dunno what to do. Any ideas?

As said, crushes on cousins are normal, but do NOT act on it because it will cause MAJOR problems in your family and that is NOT fair to do to them all. Do NOT flirt any more even if he does! It's okay to have the crush, but stop acting on it, please.
As for the friend, you can talk to her about it if you want, or you can just let it go and it will fade away.
