I try to avoid him now because I thought I was being a little bit of a freak...anyways This is a little weird, but when I did talk to him he:1) Asked what I was doing this weekend2) Always said hello and looked me in the eyes whenever I talked/walked by him3) Kept asking me questions like when was my birthday, how am I, etc..4) And looked at me a lot, and twice I remember he smiled and held my gaze for about 4 seconds...that was an awkward moment in the halls.I'm not saying he likes me or he doesn't and all that, all I want to know is, should I keep on ignoring him completely? Should I go up and say hi once in awhile before the year ends? Would people think I'm weird saying hi to him because nobody really does?

Well if he is alot older than you and you don't want to lead him on, I suggest being friendly with him but don't do anything that could be taken as flirting. You didn't mention his age, but I am guessing he is 20-30, and if you are 14 he is obviously too old for you. There are a bunch of questions on this site about girls having crushes on their teachers, you may want to read some of them because there is alot of great advice in the answers. xoxo
