My friend mentioned she saw him smile after I was done presenting. I feel sparks when we make eye contact and I get this feeling he has interest in me but I wonder if I just think that because I have a crush on him. He is a confident guy so Im pretty sure if he was interested he would eventually tell me but its a funny situation b/c its a professional where i work and im a student (not his)

Hi Anonymous,
The only way you will ever know is if he makes a move, or unless you are the type of girl who will go after what she wants.
Most of the time from what I've observed (friends sharing this) those crushes tend to die a slow death. There always appears to be a mutual spark, lots of eye contact, faster heartbeat, smiles and in the end, they either turn out to have a girlfriend; or there was interest but you don't share the same life goals/ideals; or they are using your feelings which sometimes can be obvious, to advance their own objectives in the workplace. However, sometimes there can be the exception. You need to find out which is yours.
A crush is when you are attracted to someone, but you don't really know them. So get to know him if possible, and you will have your answers.
Best Wishes (and enjoy perving!)
