Cousin's relation has only being taboo in the last century and it's not based on anything but hate. 80% of all marriage in history were between first cousin. 20% of the actual world population is married with their cousin. Cousin have less miscarriage pregnancy.Unless there's a genetic decease running down your family they are no more risk than a non-cousin couple.
