Over the years I haven't been the best person, for some reason when I was with him I turnt into this person I didn't know, I was just generally unhappy and mis-trusting. I can't seem to trust anyone because I'm scared of being let down. And just recently I had a dream of my late great grandma, she died about 8 years ago, she was a lovely lady and I use to see her often, but she died due to cancer. A few nights ago I had a very vivid dream about her, I was at a wedding (I didn't know who's wedding it was) and a lot of our family member were there, and because I was late for the wedding, she appeared and shook her head at me in dissappointment, and then disappeared. Then I woke up, I can't seem to get this dream out of my head, the dream felt so real and I can't get over on how dissappointed she looked in me, she didn't look happy with me. And now I feel guilt for some reason. I've done some bad things over the years and I'm wondering if she's looking at me and is not happy with me. Could this dream mean something? Like a sign? Or is this just a dream and maybe I'm just over-reacting? Or is this just due to stress due to splitting up with my long term partner? I just want some advice and peace of mind.

I would take this as your grandmother telling you something important about your life. I believe my grandmother watches over me too, and when Ive dreamed of her she always has a message. Something she wants to tel me, or like in your dream, something she is disappointed with or doesnt want me to do. It is your job to find out what, by analyzing your dream and your recent actions.
