Personally I would go see your doctor about this issue as you could get some wrong advice of people here who may not know what they are talking about.
They would be able to help you better than anyone on here could.
No-one needs to know that you went to see your doctor either if that is what you are worried about.

 dude i have the same problem with my organ and i suffer from the premature ejaculation too.. but dont know if its the actual couse of it or not.
