reader, anonymous, writes (4 February 2008): I have been a nurse for many years. I would seek advice from a Gynecologist, but it sounds like what your experencing is normal for some women. Inside of your nipple there are milk ducts, they can fill up and produce either a clear or milk colored runny fluid. (you do NOT have to be pregnant for this to occur) it can be hormone related. If there are no lumps palpable (able to be felt) then it's not likely to be cancer. hope this clears things up for you..... best of luck

I don't know, much about breast cancer, are there any lumps on your breasts?
Is there any possibility you could be pregnant and lactating?
