A female Canada age 30-35, anonymous writes:

Like 2 and a half weeks ago i was supposed to have my period...but i didnt, so last weekend i got a pregnancy test at the dollarstore (i heard they work) and took it, and got negative. So i forgot about it, thinking that my period would be coming in a few days, but it hasnt. And its been 2 and a half weeks. So anyways, for the last 3 days, ive been getting a bad headache, so i googled it to see what it could be, not thinking anything about pregnancy. And i foun out that you can get headaches when ur pregnant??? I didnt no that... Other things , are im really tired all the time, and no matter how early i go to be im still tired in the morning, i have tender breasts, and my stomache like...rumbles...even after ive just ate...and once in a while i like idk how to explain it? Its like i puke in my mouth? A bit? Or something? LOL :P uhmm...and thats like all i can think of right now...but the test i took was negative (the one from the dollarstore) coule it have been wrong? Or what else could be happening ??

and i also read that my headache could be a sinus headache???

What do u think?

lillian998 agony auntYes, you can get a false negative test result. Your body may not have been producing enough of the hormone released during pregnancy yet for it to register on the test. Or, you may have had an unreliable testing kit. I suggest you take the test again, or make an appointment to see a doctor.

If you're worried at all, visit a doctor and make sure you have another test done. It's the only way to be sure.
