No, having had sex at a (way too) early age is not the reason you cant orgasm now. More likely you need direct clitoral stimulation. Very few women are able to achieve orgasm just by intercourse, so you are in the majority. Add clitoral stimulation before or during intercourse or just dont worry about cumming during intercourse. Enjoy the experience. It is about connecting, not about cumming.
Also, early intercourse on its own will not lead to sterility unless there was physical damage. Haveing had sex at such a young age you were very small and if physical damage, like tearing, was done, it could cause problems. Your gynocologist will know by examination if all is well.

No. A lot of women, and especially younger women do not orgasam easily or at all.
Having sex at a somewhat young age doesn't help or hurt your chances at having an orgasam.
Just relax about it. If you're stressing yourself out about it, then it's even more difficult to climax. Let yourself relax, touch yourself, have your boyfriend touch you, try new things, and eventually you'll figure out what makes you orgasam.
Don't worry.
