So you didn't use a condom? Just because he didn't ejaculate in you doesn't mean you're not a risk for an unplanned pregnancy. Pull-out method isn't a reliable method of birth control.
Sperm only lives outside the body anywhere from minutes to 4 hours. They're only mobile in cervical mucous, not water.
I suggest that you educate yourself on sex further, get yourself on a proper contraception, and use condoms. Every time you have unprotected sex you're chancing it.
P.S. You can still get pregnant if you have sex standing up.

You said you took a shower. I bet you took this shower a considerable amount of time later. Sperm won't survive for long outside a human body, so don't worry. Those remains must not have gotten into your vagina and if they did you wouldn't be at risk.
