Could she have feelings for me?

First off i am a 23 year old female. There this girl i used to be friends with, for a long time. And i always liked her for more than a friend. I have never told her this. Well we use to talk a lot and after a couple people told her lies and started trouble between us. We hadn't talked for 4 years. But now we are starting to talk again. I think she like me also because people always tell me she asks about me. And she's always talking to people i know, asking them questions about me. If i talk to a guy and she finds out she writes that guy and asks them questions, about me and him, it's like she's jealous. I have said stuff to her about having feelings, and she never has said she doesn't, she just changes the subject. I don't know what to think please help. I think about her a lot, and i know she thinks about me too, or why she would ask people about me all the time. I just have a feeling like she likes me too.
