I've decided to get myself checked out just to make myself happy, but my boyfriend claims there's no way he could have one...I'm the only person he's ever slept with and neither of his parents have had std's that could be hereditary, and he has no symptons but I don't understand the whole "CARRIER" thing. Is it possible for him to have an std just because he has one? 'cause they all start somewhere right?... if that makes any sense? please comment me.

I you are going to have your self tested, vow, I suggest ask him to go along and have the tests done to; that way you will both have peace of mind; if he has nothing to hide or to worry about, he should have no reason to fear the tests; I think in today's life it is very good for both parties to get a clean clear bill of health; if not, stay SAFE and use a condom.
Good luck.
Best wishes and lots of SMILES.
