A male Solomon Islands age 41-50, anonymous writes:

Hi. My best buddy likes touching and rubbing my thighs when we're sitting down and talking together and am not comfortable about this. After our church meetings he gets upset when I leave the place without him and forcefully tells me to wait for him. He has even made advances to touching my private part sometimes. I am a married man and so as he. I love my family. Is he gay?

It definitely sounds like he could be gay or at least bicurious. If I were you, I would find a good time to casually talk about how you love your wife and family in a nonchalant manner. If he still persists, tell him that he is making you feel uncomfortable. If he is a good friend, he will soon learn to stop, as he is not getting anywhere.

Anyway, I think this should work out just fine.

Hey Annalisa. thanks a lot for advicing and sort of guiding me through this. Yeah I am prepared to talk to him about it and if he is gay, I might sort of try to avoid him altogether. I will speak to my wife about this as you adviced.

Thanks again. and I will also update you with whatever happens.

Well just recently when I was in Australia, he passed on a message through my wife asking me to give him a call and so I did. As we chatted, he asked me "hey bro, is there anything you wish to tell me?" I was confused by this but am now beginning to suspect him being a gay. I guess he was trying to force me to admit that I like him. He also started calling my cellphone and hanging up with "unknown" caller mode and my wife has aproached me suspecting that I might be having a relationship with some other women.
