The best way to find out if she is satisfied is to ask her. If she doesn't appear to have an orgasm as you do, then she probably has not had an orgasm. Are you doing lots and lots and lots of foreplay with stimulation of her clitoris?I have some links for you to read:http://www.malehealth.co.uk/node/18960http://men.webmd.com/features/6-sex-mistakes-men-makehttp://men.webmd.com/guide/sex-fact-fictionThink of her clitoris as akin to your penis. The inside of her vagina is not the same thing as the exterior of your penis. Yes, I know, it's frustrating not to have it as simple as with your anatomy, but women's anatomy isn't all that different. You just have to remember her clitoris is the same as your penis, and treat it gently and with respect. You should be fine then!

Hey man not all women bleed when having sex for the first time, my gf didn't bleed when we had it for the first time, please don't be stereotyped about the nonsense said to women when they don't bleed, if you want to find out what's happening, you better ask her straight.

She could easily have been a virgin, like the other aunts said, not all virgins bleed.

A
reader, anonymous, writes (24 July 2010): Sometimes women don't bleed when they loose their virginity. I didn't bleed at all when I lost mine. A lot of the bleeding is caused by the hymen being broken for the first time. But the hymen can also break when doing sports.
The only way you can really find out if your wife was a virgin or not when you married, is to ask her.
