If this is brand new feeling for you-the breast tenderness than it could very well be a sign that you are pregnant or it may just be your bodies way responding to some hormonal fluctuation-as you said your cycle hasn't been regular lately. I would test again and then you will know for sure. If it comes out negative and you still don't feel like yourself I would go see a doctor and they should be able to tell you you for certain whether you are or not. It may be an idea to schedule an appointment regardless as you are experience some changes in your cycle that are unexplained.take care! :)

The only reason this month i am starting to believe it could be pregnancy is because of the breast tenderness, its never a sign of my period coming, ive never suffered from tender breasts. Theyre suddenly really full and sore, and like i said the nipples are white. I dont feel like myself either, i feel tired and sick and hot. Im scared to test incase its just me worrying again and it turns out that im not again, it frightens me.

Best bet is to take a test and find out for certain. My breast swell and become tender right before I'm due to have my period but they were also the first sign I was pregnant when I had conceived as I didn't have the premenstrual symptom until after I had my first child. It could just be a sign your period is around the corner or it could be a sign you are pregnant. There is no sure way of knowing which it is connected to until you take a pregnancy test. Did you take one the first time around when you were late? What you thought might have been your period could have very well just been implantation bleeding last time around. Did it last any significant amount of time? If your periods have all of sudden become irregular and you are not pregnant you should still discuss that with a professional to be sure there are no serious underlying causes that are effecting your cycle. there are many things that can cause a delay of your period including stress. My suggestion would be to take a test and ease your mind one way or the other. Best of Luck
