And do I need to see a doctor about it? I'm not sure how credible the tests are, therefore I'm unsure whether to take them seriously or not. Please, what would you do in this situation? Stop worrying! first of all i never like the LABEL thing fitting us into societies little box. YOUR THIS AND YOU BELONG HERE, then stick a label on us. BOLLOCKS!
So you prob feel up and down
and get depressed, like most of us humans. Maybe you even have reason for feeling pissed off sometimes. Maybe other people make you MAD. Maybe you are a little lost at the moment and confused. Only trouble trouble if it troubles you! obviously though something made you feel the need to do the test, but a hell of a lot of people could fit this bill. unless of course you are a conformist a person that stays untouched by emotion sadness and the ecstasies of life. However if you think you are a bit nuts then go and see a therapist and look at alternative medicine to help you. Many people are wrongly diagnosed and doped up with mind numbing drugs, who don't actually need to be. Maybe you need to change your lifestyle and enviroment and associates to see if you feel better first.

Everyone needs someone to talk to. Go and talk to one, maybe just about your problems at first. Let them decide or tell you for his or herself whether you are bi polar or not
