Well all women's cycles are different. If you had your period 20th Nov, had a normal 28 day cycle then a pregnancy calculator puts you due at 27th August so you probably conceived sometime around the 1st week in december. HOWEVER the doctors may have just given you that date based on what you told them i.e. your period was due sometime between 20 and 29th so theyve used the first date. Here in uk if it was an estimated date they would tell you at each of your scans if you were further on or less far on then the date they first gave you. For example at your 12 week scan they would say your actually 13 or only 11 or whatever.
Your cycle may not be 28 days either and as the other poster said twins tend to come early, sometimes as much as 4 weeks so that would put you getting pregnant later in December. I think the only way you will ever know is the DNA as you can assume and guess but thats the only real way to tell. x

Pregnancy lasts 38 weeks or 40 weeks from your last period, but you generally give birth a few weeks early with twins. I think that calculating, in your case, isn't going to pin it down. Best to wait for the DNA test, I think. Good Luck and Congratulations!
