Well if there was sperm on his hand when he fingered you, then it is possible that you could get pregnant. But if it was 45 mins later, it's not likely. There was another thread about this that was posted a little while ago. Here is the link to it so you can view those answers, as well:

I wouldn't worry too much about it, but maybe you should take a pregnancy test to be positive. Next time just make sure that he washes his hands with soap before he does anything the next time. It will save you from being worried and worse, from getting pregnant.
